One third of the cost of the accommodation

9 weeks prior to the start of the booking

 21 or less days’ notice – No refund due

22-35 days’ notice – 10% of the total accommodation cost

36-49 days’ notice – 20% of the total accommodation cost

50-63 days’ notice – 40% of the total accommodation cost

More than 63 days’ notice – your liability to pay the balance will be waived, however, the Deposit will not be refunded. If the holiday was paid in full and more than 63 days’ notice is provided then 2/3rds of the total accommodation cost will be refunded.

 There are 2 local pubs/restaurants:

The Angel at Hetton, and the Devonshire Arms at Cracoe.

Both can be reached by public footpath in the daylight, approximately 15 -20 min walk

There is a farm shop at Cracoe, Jacksons of Cracoe, and a great ‘Spa’ shop attached to a garage in Threshfied, about a 5-10 minute drive away.

There is a fabulous farm shop about 15 minutes drive called Keelham Farm Shop, and supermarkets in Skipton, which is around a a 20 minute drive.

There are various shops at Grassington, also a 20 minute drive.

Yes, there are lots of lovely walks from the doorstep. 

There are 2 spaces available for Lily Barn and 3 for Brooke Barn.

There are steps from the parking area to the patio, and from the kitchen to other living areas. There are turned staircases to the upstairs where all bedrooms are located.

There is a separate washer and dryer, a clothes airer and an iron.

No, this is included in the cost of your accommodation

No, but we ask you not to leave dirty crockery/utensils and to leave the property tidy

Yes, to seat 6 at Lily and 8 at Brooke Barn

Yes. Please bring your own fuel etc. 

Yes, these are located on the patio. There are 6 spaces at Lily Barn and 8 at Brooke Barn. You will need to bring your own locks etc and cycles are left at the guests’ own risk

Yes, the rear patio is enclosed. However, due to National Park rules, the height of the outside structures is limited. You will need to use your own judgement as to whether your dogs / children would be secure. There is a lead hook outside the back door of the property.

There is a high chair but not a cot.

Lily Barn and Brooke Barn can be used together for up to 14 persons.

Yes, loads. Skipton market town and Castle, the Embsay railway, Bolton Abbey, Malham, Settle to Carlisle railway, Inglebrough and caves, the famous Yorkshire 3 peaks, and lots of Yorkshire Dales villages like Grassington, Burnsall and  Kettlewell to name but a few.
